DirectCPV is a PPV (pay per view) advertising network.
I first learned of DirectCPV in 2012 from a successful Internet marketer who had used them for promoting CPA offers.
The positives are they have a very easy to use platform and only require about $100 to open a new account (at the time of me writing this, it appears they currently are not accepting new signups).
When I started out using them they seemed legit, but again I was completely new to buying paid traffic.
However, from asking around a few top paid marketers who are way smarter and have made way more money than me, they assured me that the quality of DirectCPV had gone way down and they no longer used them anymore. And most others I see talking about them mentioned they’ve noticed lots of bot and fake traffic.
So, my feedback from that is, so long as there is a way to buy cheap “traffic” even if it’s not from real humans, there is usually a way to flip it and resell it for a profit.
